The Social Prescribing Network Awards which recognises and celebrates the wealth of innovative social prescribing projects and schemes running throughout the UK and internationally, will also take place on 10th and 11th March 2022 as part of the international conference. Everyone involved in social prescribing has until Monday 13th December 2021 to enter the 2022 Social Prescribing Network awards.
